The zoo is open for group rentals during regular zoo hours and for private parties after hours. All packages are listed below and are available for purchase through the Akron Zoo.

Outdoor Picnic Packages Group picnic packages are available during regular zoo hours and include admission, parking, animal encounter, and reserved covered tent with picnic tables. The rental fee includes facility fee, parking, coffee and water.

The North Canton Civic Center is located in Price Park. The Civic Center has 2 facilities: the events hall which can accommodate up to 240 people, and the Mack Room, which has a capacity of 50-60 people.
